The Senior & Sens website is managed by researchers from the Centre des Sciences du Goût et de l’Alimentation and the CHU de Dijon, with the support of public and private partners from the Aupalesens, Renessens, Alimassens, Engage and Fortiphy projects. The aim of the Senior & Sens website is to provide quality information on undernutrition in the elderly and to disseminate the latest advances in research on this topic.
