On the occasion of the 2nd National Week against undernutrition, we have produced this booklet in collaboration with the Collectif de lutte contre la dénutrition (Collective against undernutrition) and France Alzheimer to offer you a week’s worth of a balanced menu adapted to your needs.
Together, we wanted to accompany you and enable you to know, prevent and react to this disease. Knowing your needs, learning to eat well (and enjoying yourself!) is everyone’s business, whatever your age and your cooking skills. At each stage of our lives, cooking offers us the possibility to exchange, to meet and to weave symbolic and real links between each other.
