Research study whose aim is to generate useful and methodologically rigorous knowledge and to have a social impact in the field of older people with psychological, social and health needs who also feel lonely. Most studies on unwanted loneliness are quantitative in nature, so there is a lack of qualitative knowledge (López Doblás and Díaz, 2018), a priority approach in this study.
